Rose Ann Smith
Owner, Operator
Rose Ann Smith has been part of Albers Marine since the very beginning. When her father, Homer Albers, opened the business in 1986, it started as a hobby that quickly grew into something much more.
Following Homer's passing in January 1996, Rose Ann and her husband, Bill, took over the business with a shared commitment to carrying on the values and customer-first philosophy he established. After Bill's passing in 2014, her son, Glenn, stepped in to help lead the business alongside Rose Ann. .
Today, Rose Ann takes pride in serving longtime customers, welcoming new faces, and helping families create lasting memories on the water. One piece of advice from her father has guided the business since day one: "Treat everyone with respect, and the customer's always right." That simple philosophy continues to shape every interaction at Albers Marine and remains at the heart of everything the team does.
